Is there a cost for customers?

No. Posting a request, receiving quotes and accepting one are all free. Only companies pay, and only for a subscription.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens if I run out of leads on my plan?

You keep full access to everything else, and your allowance resets at the start of the next billing period. You can upgrade at any point and the change applies immediately.

Does a bigger plan mean I rank higher?

Only slightly, and it can never override relevance or quality. Ranking is driven by how well you match the job, your area, your rating and your response time. A plan contributes a small bounded amount on top of that.
