Delete your account
You can delete your TOVO PRO account at any time. This page explains exactly what is removed, what is kept, and why.
Deleted permanently
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
- Your home address and any addresses on your requests
- Saved companies, saved searches and notification preferences
- The content of messages you sent
- Any requests you never published
- Your uploaded photos
Kept, but no longer linked to you
- Reviews you wrote. Other customers have relied on them when choosing a company, and companies have built a reputation on them. They stay, shown as anonymous.
- Completed jobs and quotes. The company on the other side needs these for its own records and tax obligations.
- Billing records. Where a payment was made, the record is retained for the period the law requires.
In every case your name, contact details and address are removed from these records. What remains cannot be traced back to you.
You have 30 days to change your mind
Deletion is not immediate. Your account is deactivated straight away and permanently erased after 30 days. Signing in before then cancels the request.
Sign in to continue
For your security, we need you to sign in before we can delete your account. This stops anyone else from deleting it on your behalf.
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address on the account and we will verify your identity another way.
