    We match your request to verified companies that cover your area and do that kind of work. They see the job, not your phone number, until they decide to take it on. Most first quotes arrive the same day.

  3. Compare and choose

    Read the quotes side by side with each company’s rating, completed jobs and reviews. Ask questions in the chat. Accept one, or none — there is no obligation either way.

  4. Review the work

    Once the job is marked complete you can leave a review. Only customers of completed jobs can, which is why the ratings on this site are worth reading.

How much does it cost to get quotes?
Nothing. Posting a request and receiving quotes is free for customers, and there is no fee for accepting one. Companies pay us for a subscription; you pay the company for the work.
Am I obliged to accept a quote?
No. You can decline every quote you receive, or simply not respond. Accepting a quote is the only action that creates an agreement, and until you do that you have committed to nothing.
Who sees my phone number?
Only a company that decides to take on your job, and only that company. Until then, companies see the job description and the area but not your surname, phone number or exact address.
What does "verified" mean on a company profile?
That we have checked the business registration documents the company supplied, and any trade licence their work requires. The documents themselves stay private; the badge is what is public.
Can a company pay to remove a bad review?
No. Reviews can only be written by the customer of a job completed through the platform, and we remove one only if it breaks the rules — never for being negative. A company can reply to it publicly.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most requests receive their first quote within a few hours, and urgent jobs are prioritised in matching. If nothing arrives within a day, it usually means the job needs more detail — you can edit it at any time.
