You can request permanent deletion of your Tovo Pro account and the personal data associated with it. This page describes what data is deleted, what may be retained, and how to submit a request.

How to request deletion
- In the app: open Settings › Account › Delete Account, then confirm.
- By email: send a request from the email address tied to your account to privacy@tovopro.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Using the form below: submit your account email directly to our team — no email client needed.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone, password, profile photo).
- Saved addresses, service preferences, and uploaded photos.
- Service request history and in-app messages.
- Device identifiers and usage data linked to your account.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax and accounting records, or to enforce our agreements. Retained records are stored securely and access is restricted. Typical retention period: up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.
How long deletion takes
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
