These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TOVO PRO mobile application, website (if applicable), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using TOVO PRO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. DEFINITIONS
For clarity, the following terms have these meanings:
“TOVO PRO,” “we,” “us,” “our”: The operator of the Services.
“User”: Any individual who uses the Services to search for providers, send leads, message, or post reviews.
“Company,” “Provider,” “Service Provider”: Any business that registers to offer services and receive leads.
“Content”: Any text, photos, messages, reviews, listings, business documents, or other materials uploaded or shared through the Services.
“Lead”: A request or message sent by a User to a Company through the Services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you are registering on behalf of a Company, you represent that you have authority to bind the Company to these Terms.
3. THE TOVO PRO PLATFORM (IMPORTANT NOTICE)
TOVO PRO is a platform that helps Users connect with Companies.
We are NOT a service provider
TOVO PRO does not provide home services or professional services directly. Companies listed on the platform are independent businesses.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee:
the quality of services performed by Companies
that a Company is licensed or insured (unless explicitly marked as verified)
that a Company will respond to a lead
pricing, availability, or service results
Any agreement is between the User and the Company.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate and complete information
keep your login credentials secure
promptly update your information if it changes
not share your account with others
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
violate any law or regulation
impersonate any person or business
post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
upload viruses, malware, or attempt to hack the Services
scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
use the Services for spam, unsolicited marketing, or mass messaging
attempt to bypass subscription or payment systems
attempt to contact providers outside the platform to avoid fees (if applicable)
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. LEADS, MESSAGING, AND COMMUNICATIONS
The Services may allow Users to:
send leads to Companies
message Companies
receive responses through chat
You understand:
Messages may be stored and processed for platform security, support, and fraud prevention
Companies are responsible for how they respond to leads
TOVO PRO is not responsible for agreements made outside the app
7. COMPANY ACCOUNTS, VERIFICATION, AND COMPLIANCE
If you register as a Company, you agree that:
you are a legitimate business
you will provide accurate business details
you will provide requested documents (licenses, certifications, etc.)
you will only offer services you are legally allowed to perform
you will comply with all laws in the cities you operate in
Verification
TOVO PRO may review documents to verify a Company.
Verification does not guarantee service quality, and Users must still use their own judgment.
8. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
Users may submit reviews after using the Services.
8.1 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for Content you post, including:
reviews
images
chat messages
profile information
8.2 Prohibited review behavior
You agree not to:
post fake reviews
post reviews for services you did not receive
offer incentives for reviews
harass or threaten a Company in a review
post personal data of others (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
8.3 Moderation
We may remove or restrict Content if we believe it violates these Terms, our policies, or the law.
We do not guarantee that all Content will be accurate, complete, or verified.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS (COMPANIES)
Companies may be required to purchase a subscription to use features such as:
receiving leads
appearing in search results
offering services in selected cities
accessing analytics or premium tools
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
9.1 Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge:
recurring subscription fees
applicable taxes (if required)
9.2 Subscription renewal
Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
9.3 No refunds (unless required by law)
All subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
TOVO PRO owns the Services, including:
the app and platform design
logos, trademarks, and branding
software and underlying code
platform text and UI
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
11. LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICES
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business use, depending on your account type.
This license can be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms.
12. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you agree that we may collect and process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. DISCLAIMERS
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOVO PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the Services will always be available.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
TOVO PRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
indirect damages
incidental damages
special damages
consequential damages
loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
TOVO PRO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TOVO PRO IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TOVO PRO and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
your use of the Services
your violation of these Terms
your Content
disputes between Users and Companies
16. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
you violate these Terms
we suspect fraud or abuse
required by law
necessary to protect the Services or other users
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Termination may result in loss of access to your account, Content, leads, or platform features.
17. DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS AND COMPANIES
Any dispute between a User and a Company is solely between those parties.
TOVO PRO is not responsible for:
pricing disputes
service quality disputes
refunds or cancellations
damages caused by a Company
damages caused by a User
18. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES OR TERMS
We may update the Services or these Terms at any time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through:
in-app notification
email (if available)
updating the “Last updated” date
Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State where TOVO PRO is registered and operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
